How to use the products

1. Toothpaste

Brush your teeth with toothpaste containing fluoride twice a day, to prevent and relieve problems with your teeth, tongue and gums.

Toothpaste with Tea Tree Oil can and should be used to prevent and relieve oral problems.

Use about 1 cm of toothpaste and make sure you reach all the way round your teeth – including those farthest back. Spit out excess toothpaste when you have finished, but wait, if possible, for 30 minutes before you rinse your mouth, eat or drink.

2. Mouthwash

Rinse your mouth with mouthwash once or twice a day. Use about 20 ml and swirl it around in your mouth for about a minute.

Wait for at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking or rinsing your mouth, so that the effective Tea Tree Oil has time to work. Mouthwash prevents dry mouth and bad breath among other things.

3. Mouth gel

Apply mouth gel up to 4 times a day if you have problems on your gums or tongue.

Press 1-2 cm gel out on your finger, tongue or toothbrush, and spread it in your mouth, wherever you have problems. Mouth gel can be used to relieve irritation on your tongue or gums, and is ideal if you have a dry mouth.

You can use all the oral products in the day-to-day care of your teeth, gums and tongue if you have periodontal disease, sore or bleeding gums, or fungus on the tongue.
