We ship to 15+ different countries from our international webshop, so delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination.

This makes it difficult to give an exact estimate for every country. If you contact us directly, we’ll be happy to check the standard delivery time for your specific location.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during holiday periods, around public holidays and Black Week, as well as after weekends when order volumes are higher. Customs clearance and import procedures in your country may also affect the delivery time.

Outside our phone opening hours, you can send us an email clearly stating in the subject line that you wish to cancel your order.

Yes, we offer unlimited returns on unopened items, and returns to us are free of charge. You’ll need a return label for the shipment, so it’s important that you contact us before sending your package.

When we receive your returned order, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.

You cannot exercise your right of return simply by failing to collect your package from a pickup location without prior agreement with us. If the package is returned from the pickup location because it was not collected, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of up to $7 (or the equivalent amount in the local currency).

No. All products are 100% free from parabens and other known hormone-disrupting substances.

Yes, all products are dermatologically tested and assessed as skin-friendly. They are suitable for all skin types. Read more about the dermatological test here.

Almost all products are safety-approved for pregnant and breastfeeding women, but we always recommend consulting your doctor or midwife if you are unsure.

However, pregnant women should avoid our products that contain salicylic acid. Contact us if you’d like to confirm whether a specific product contains salicylic acid.

Our products are developed for humans, so we do not recommend using them on animals.

No. None of our products are tested on animals. Cosmetic product testing on animals is not permitted in the EU, and of course, we do not do so.

If you shop directly from our own webshop, you are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Only one discount code can be used per purchase, and different discount codes cannot be combined. The full value of the discount code must be used in a single order, and we do not refund or pay out any remaining balance.

A discount code can only be used once, and as the code is personal, it must not be shared or resold to others.

The validity period of discount codes may vary. If a discount code has an expiration date, it will be stated when the code is issued.

Yes. When you shop in our webshop or our official Amazon store, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. If, within 100 days of purchase, you’re not satisfied with the results, you can get your money back.

Our satisfaction guarantee only applies to orders purchased directly from our own webshop or Amazon store. We’re unable to refund an order or purchase made from other online stores (or physical retailers).
