Post menopausally I had been having difficulties with my intimate areas balancing the pH This resulted in a lot of infections and symptoms of soreness, , swelling, itching and general discomfort. I had tried various creams and prescription medication, shower creams for sensitive skin, they helped somewhat with the discomfort, but nothing resolved it for more than a week, when the symptoms would return.
My daughter was aware of my struggles and suggested I looked into the Australian Body Care range. She bought me 2 products for me to try. Intim Wash, and Intim Moisturiser. I have to admit I was reluctant to try it, especially as the key ingredient was tea tree, and I had found the smell of tea tree in other products to be overwhelming.
The first time I tried the body wash, it had a pleasant neutral smell and was soothing to my inflamed areas. Likewise the moisturiser. I have used them in combination since then, about 10 months, and have not had a flare up of my old symptoms.....not one. It took about 3 days to totally settle my skin, and since then no swelling or irritation, no soreness. I still can't quite believe it worked so well. But it has. I have tried a few other of their products like the intimate wipes, and again, no unpleasant reactions. The bottles seem to last a good while (I use the 500ml bottle) making them cost effective too.

I've tried many types of intimate soap, but I like this Australian bodycare soap the best. Nice soap and it gives a fresh feeling. Helps against itching. I'll keep using it. Too bad it's no longer available in Etos stores.
