How to use the products in the pack ?

You can and should use the products in the pack daily. The products can be used by adults and children from 6 years.

Tea Tree Toothpaste

Brush your teeth every morning and evening with a good electric toothbrush and one of the 2 toothpastes in the pack. Once you have brushed your teeth, we recommend that you also brush your tongue with the tongue scraper, which is also part of the pack.

Simply run the tongue cleaner over your tongue a few times before spitting out any excess toothpaste. Rinse the tongue scraper with clean water when you're done so it's ready to use for your next brushing.

Once you have brushed your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste, it is important that you do not eat, drink or otherwise rinse your mouth and teeth afterwards. This will simply wash away the fluoride, so teeth and enamel are not optimally protected. Therefore, wait 30 minutes before drinking or eating.

Both the toothpaste with mint and the variant with coconut and zinc contains the amount of fluoride (1450 ppm) as recommended by dentists.

Mouthwash

Use the mouthwash during the day when you need to freshen up your mouth. Mouthwash can be a great idea if you have bad breath or a bad taste in your mouth, for example.

Swish about 20 ml of mouthwash around in your mouth for about 1 minute before spitting out. The mouthwash cleanses your mouth of dirt and bacteria that can cause bad breath.

We recommend that you wait half an hour after rinsing your mouth before drinking or eating to give the good ingredients time to work.

Mouth gel

Mouth gel is ideal if you experience dry mouth, coating on the tongue and gums, or if your gums are sore, red or otherwise irritated.

Apply the gel directly to the problem area with either your finger or toothbrush and leave on. The gel does not need to be rinsed off, but will be absorbed into the skin after a short time. We recommend that you wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything to allow the gel to work.

The gel can be used up to 4 times a day.
