This is how you use the products
You should use both foot cream, heel cream and nail oil twice per day (morning and evening) for the best result, if you are struggling with dry skin, calluses, hard skin on the feet or discoloured, yellow nails.
1) Wash your feet with a gentle body wash, so that they’re clean and free from sweat, bacteria and debris, before you apply the foot cream. Apply a decent amount on the clean feet and massage into the skin.
2) Now you can apply the heel cream to the areas of your feet that are particularly dry, where you might experience hard skin, calluses or something else down that alley. Massage in and allow the feet to breathe, until the cream has been absorbed into the skin and you can put your socks and/or shoes on.
3) Lastly you can apply the nail oil. You can use the oil on damaged, discoloured nails, but also on healthy nails, in order to prevent future problems. Apply a thin layer of the oil with the practical application brush and allow the product to be absorbed, before putting socks or shoes on or go to bed.
We recommend that you use the products twice a day – or as much as you feel necessary. Try and observe in order to find the frequency that works best for you.
Be aware of the fact that you need to use foot and heel cream for around 4 weeks (twice per day) before you start seeing a result.
