How do I use Foot Cream?
You apply Foot Cream to clean and dry feet every day. Preferably twice a day if you have dry feet or tend to get cracked, hard and dry skin.
Wash your feet before applying cream. We recommend using Australian Bodycare Body Wash.
You should not take long and warm foot baths every day as it can lead to and cause even more problems with dry skin.
When your feet are clean and dry, massage the Foot Cream into the skin until it has been absorbed. The cream penetrates quickly and leaves the feet soft and moisturized. If your skin feels greasy after use, you most likely use too much product. Remember, a small amount goes a long way.
What if I already have heel cracks?
For intensive care of cracked heels, we recommend daily use of Australian Bodycare Heel Repair.
Heel Repair has a high content of the emollient and moisturizing ingredient urea (25%), which makes the product ideal for taking care of heel cracks, cracked skin or very hard and dry skin on the feet.
Apply Heel Repair on dry heels and feet twice a day and allow the product to absorb before putting on socks and shoes. Make sure your feet are clean and free from dirt and bacteria before applying Heel Repair.
Although a hot and long foot bath is tempting, we do not recommend doing it every day. It can lead to more problems with dry skin and cracked heels.

Returns
Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.
