Shipping and return conditions
If you are looking for information on shipping options and costs for a country, please select your destination country in the checkout.
Our standard shipping method is available in 15+ countries with 2-4 working days of expected delivery time depending on the destination country. We use local affiliate couriers with our standard shipping method.
All shipments are tracked.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark.
KEEP AN EYE OUT! If you have not received your package within ten days from placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Items that are returned on carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Before returning, please contact Australian Bodycare at email@example.com to obtain the return label.
Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
Important: Before returning, contact Australian Bodycare via email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return label.
When returning the item, please state the order number and include a description of the reason for the return.
