Do I have to take a foot bath every day?

It feels tempting to take a long, hot, and relaxing foot bath daily. However, you should only do this occasionally and not daily as the hot water leaves the skin and feet dry.

Treat yourself with a foot bath with a few drops of pure Tea Tree Oil once a week and always remember to apply a good foot cream afterwards.

What should I do if it itches and stings on my feet and between my toes?

If you have problems with itching, burning and redness between your toes, you need to do something about it. It rarely goes away on its own.
