Returns

Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Items that are returned on carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Before returning, please contact Australian Bodycare at info@australian-bodycare.com to obtain the return label.

Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

When returning the item, please state the order number and include a description of the reason for the return.

The products of Australian Bodycare are all rigorously tested by independent dermatologists, and we ensure they are mild and gentle on the skin—even the most sensitive skin.

By having our products dermatologically tested by an independent analysis institute, in accordance with the EU-approved Cosmetics Europe standard, we produce and sell products of only the highest quality.

In one recent test of side effects, a third-party institute studied whether the skin reacted as expected or not to the application of our products. 50 volunteers participated in the experiment: Some with normal healthy skin and some with atypical, sensitive skin.    Once we have processed your complaint, we will contact you. You don't have to do anything until you hear from us. We will send you a return label for you to return the products to us. We pay the postage, of course.


3. We will refund the purchase price.
   Once you have returned the products to us and we have received them, we will refund the purchase price so that you get your money back.
