This is how you use the products in the kit

1) Tooth Paste with Tea Tree Oil
Toothpaste with Tea Tree Oil is available in 2 flavours and you receive both when you order the package here.
Brush your teeth with toothpaste with Tea Tree Oil twice a day - morning and evening - to remove plaque, food debris and bacteria from your teeth. Brush your teeth for about 2 minutes and then spit out any excess toothpaste. You should avoid rinsing your mouth, drinking or eating for at least 30 min. after brushing your teeth to ensure optimal protection of your teeth and enamel.
2) Mouth Wash
Mouthwash with natural Tea Tree Oil that cleanses the mouth, teeth, gums and tongue and soothes irritation.
You should rinse your mouth with 20 ml. Mouth Wash 1-2 times a day to benefit from the product's natural actives. You should avoid rinsing your mouth with water, drinking or eating for at least 30 min. after use for optimal effect of the product's natural actives.
Do not use the mouthwash immediately after brushing your teeth. This will destroy the effect of the fluoride content on the teeth. Use the mouthwash during the day when you need to freshen up your mouth, e.g. after lunch.
3) Mouth Gel
Mouth Gel relieves irritation in the mouth and can be used for sore gums, dry mouth or mouth blisters.
You can use Mouth Gel up to 4 times a day. Apply the gel by squeezing about 2 cm of product onto your finger, tongue or toothbrush and distribute on your teeth and gums. Do not rinse your mouth, drink or eat for at least 30 min. after use to give the product time to work.
All products can be used for the daily care of periodontal disease, bleeding and sore gums, gingivitis and fungus on the tongue or in the mouth.
The products can be used by adults and children from 6 years of age.

The mouthwash contains both the antiseptic Tea Tree Oil and the moisturising ingredient Allantoin, which makes the product suitable for dry mouth or other oral irritation.
