If you are looking for information on shipping options and costs for a country, please select your destination country in the checkout. 

Our standard shipping method is available in 15+ countries with 2-4 working days of expected delivery time depending on the destination country. We use local affiliate couriers with our standard shipping method. 

All shipments are tracked.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark.

KEEP AN EYE OUT! If you have not received your package within ten days from placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Items that are returned on carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Before returning, please contact Australian Bodycare at info@australian-bodycare.com to obtain the return label.

Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

When returning the item, please state the order number and include a description of the reason for the return.

The products of Australian Bodycare are all rigorously tested by independent dermatologists, and we ensure they are mild and gentle on the skin—even the most sensitive skin.

By having our products dermatologically tested by an independent analysis institute, in accordance with the EU-approved Cosmetics Europe standard, we produce and sell products of only the highest quality.

With a range of dermatologically tested skin care solutions, you are guaranteed to find a product for all types of skin. And all proved as skin-friendly.

In one recent test of side effects, a third-party institute studied whether the skin reacted as expected or not to the application of our products. 50 volunteers participated in the experiment: Some with normal healthy skin and some with atypical, sensitive skin. No negative side effects were found with any of the test subjects.

While we are not able to fully exclude the possibility of rare skin reactions, since sensitive skin comes in many different versions and sizes, such cases have yet to be found.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 100 days then contact us by email at info@australian-bodycare.com . Briefly describe why you are dissatisfied with your product and quote your order number. We will then get back to you with a returns address.

Once we have received your products, we will refund the purchase price.

We will naturally cover the cost of postage if you choose to return your products. Contact us to request a returns label.

1. Tell us about your complaint here
   Remember to include your contact information, order number, product batch number and description of why you are not satisfied with the product. This makes it easier and faster for us to process your complaint.


2. Submit your complaint.
   Once we have processed your complaint, we will contact you. You don't have to do anything until you hear from us. We will send you a return label for you to return the products to us. We pay the postage, of course.


3. We will refund the purchase price.
   Once you have returned the products to us and we have received them, we will refund the purchase price so that you get your money back.

Of course, you can change your mind. Therefore, there is no time limit for returning or swapping the products that you purchased on australian-bodycare.com as long as they are unopened and in original packaging.

When you wish to return your products, we will need your order number. Therefore, remember to always provide the order number on any correspondence.
