After brushing, spit out excess toothpaste and wait for a minimum of 30 minutes before eating, drinking, or rinsing with water. This allows the fluoride time to work to keep your teeth and enamel well protected.

Mouthwash with Tea Tree Oil

We recommend rinsing with the mouth wash after eating to reduce discomfort in the mouth and to remove food residues from the teeth, tongue, and gums.

Pour approx. 20 ml. mouthwash in a glass and gargle the mouth thoroughly. Then spit it out. Wait at least 30 minutes after rinsing with the mouthwash before eating or drinking. This will allow the natural ingredients time to work most effectively on the teeth, tongue, and gums.

Mouth gel

The mouth gel has a soothing and calming effect on redness, white coating on the tongue, and other irritants of the mouth, which can be the result of oral thrush or gingivitis.

The mouth gel can be used up to 4 times a day if needed. Press approx. 2 cm. gel onto your finger or toothbrush and apply to the areas on the tongue where you have a white coating.
