How do I use the products in the pack?
You need to cleanse your skin daily to get rid of pimples, clogged pores and impure skin. A gentle face wash and nourishing facial cream are the cornerstones of a good cleansing routine.

You should use the facial products twice a day (morning and evening) as follows:
1) Wash face with face cleanser to gently remove excess oil, dirt and bacteria from skin pores. Massage into damp skin in circular motions for at least 1 minute. Then rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
2) Now apply a nourishing layer of face cream. The cream in the pack works as both a day and night cream. The face cream is massaged into the skin and ensures an antibacterial surface, so your skin stays healthy and protected all day and night.
3) Use Spot Stick several times a day directly on your pimple, skin worm or other blemishes. We recommend that you use Spot Stick at least 4 times a day. Spot Stick can be used both under and over makeup, and since the liquid is clear, you can use it throughout the day without it showing.
It takes 4-5 weeks for the skin to get used to new products, so it may take a month before you experience the effectiveness of face products.

Returns
Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.
