This is how you use the products

You need to use the serum and take the vitamins for hair loss daily and use the shampoo every time you wash your hair. However, you don't need to wash your hair daily to benefit from the shampoo.

Hair loss serum for the scalp

Use hair loss serum twice a day on the scalp, e.g. morning and evening. Massage the serum in well so that your scalp and hair get optimal utilisation of the ingredients. The serum should not be rinsed out, so do not use it immediately before washing your hair. You can apply the serum to both wet and dry hair.

Shampoo for thin hair and/or hair loss

Shampoo should be used every time you wash your hair. You shouldn't wash your hair daily - unless you specifically need to - but instead limit washing your hair to a couple of times a week.

Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage well to wash away all dirt, bacteria and excess sebum. Rinse out with plenty of water. Most people will benefit from double washing their hair. Repeat the wash by distributing the shampoo and massaging it in thoroughly so that the scalp benefits from the active ingredients. Leave the shampoo on for a few minutes (possibly while massaging it in) and then rinse thoroughly so that no soap residue is left in the hair.

You can also use conditioner after washing with shampoo. This improves hair elasticity and retains moisture to minimise wear and breakage.

Hair vitamins - nourishment from within

Take 2 capsules of hair vitamins for hair loss daily. We recommend taking the 2 capsules at the same time so you don't risk forgetting one later in the day. Take the capsules with a meal and wash them down with a glass of water.

It is possible to separate the capsules and mix the contents into juice, for example, if you have difficulty swallowing pills. This way, you will still benefit from the good vitamins and minerals that the supplement contains, which are important for maintaining and restoring healthy and strong hair.

Keep in mind that it can take 3-4 months before you see improvement with your hair loss or thinning. It's important to take supplements and apply serums daily throughout this period for optimal results.

Some will see results sooner, but we're all different, so expect to use the products for 12-20 weeks before you see a change.
