This is how you use the products in the kit
It takes time to get rid of a corn on the foot, so you should remain patient in the process. It might take a few months before the corn softens, and you’re free from the discomfort. Most people experience results after a couple weeks, but it’s important that you use both Body Wash and Corn Stick daily for optimal effect.
Wash your feet daily with Body Wash. This will remove bacteria, dirt and sweat from the feet and around your corn.
Avoid the daily, long foot baths – as they can lead to more dry skin on the feet. A footbath a week is more than enough if you want to show your feet some love. Remember to apply foot cream after, so that your feet won’t dry up.
Apply the Oil from Corn Stick up to 4 times per day – and minimum 2 times per day – onto your corn. Simply roll the practical roll-on applicator directly onto the hard skin or corn. A little goes a long way with this product, so you can apply it once on the corn stick and it will be enough. Give the oil a minute to absorb, before you put socks and shoes on.
If you have applied too much oil, it will take longer time for it to absorb. In that case massaging the oil will help it absorb quicker.
You can feel free to rub your corn gently with a pumice stone, before applying corn stick. This way, you assure that the oil is absorbed even deeper into the hard skin.
Only use the pumice stone on wet or moist skin, e.g. while you’re having your daily shower using Body Wash.
What is a corn?
A corn is a gathering of hard skin in a small, secluded area. The hard skin on the surface of your feet is the bodies protection for damages on the skin beneath. If the skin is exposed to pressure or friction on the same place over a longer period of time, it will make sure it protects itself by creating hard skin, which keeps the damaged layers protected.
Corns occur in exposed areas, where your skin is experiencing too much pressure and friction. The corns can be quite painful, which is why it’s a good idea to provide the right care, as soon as you feel them developing. This way you can avoid that the state of the corn as well as the pain it brings, gets worse.
A corn usually looks dry with a hard core and can take on a yellow-ish colour. You will rarely question whether you have a corn or not, due to it usually feeling quite sore when you touch it or walk on it.
How do corns come about?
The most common cause of friction and pressure is wrong footwear. Especially high heels or small/pointy shoes can cause painful corns, hard skin and sore feet. Corns can also occur, if you wear shoes that are too big or small, because they don’t fit your foot. This will cause either pressure or unwanted friction, which can develop into hard skin and last but not least, corns.
Corns can pop up anywhere on the foot, but it is a lot more common under the front part of your foot, on the heels, the sides of the feet or between the toes.
Can I remove a corn by myself?
Yes, you can. It does take a fair bit of patience, but it’s possible to reduce, remove and prevent the hard and painful corn with the right foot care.
Use the corn oil several times a day in order to dissolve the hard skin and corn. The corn remover is based on Tea Tree Oil, as well as carefully selected oils, which softens the skin. The corn oil also contains salicylic acid, which gradually breaks down the sore skin, so that the corn finally softens.
Once you’ve got your corn under control, it’s important that you avoid future problems with sore feet and hard skin.
Use moisturising and protecting foot creams daily, so that you prevent foot problems.
Lastly you should also consider, whether you’re using the right kind of footwear, and whether it might be a good idea to change your current footwear, with something that better fits your feet. It could also help to change shoes during the day, if possible, and make sure that you at least change shoes every couple days so that your feet aren’t exposed to the same pressure and friction.
What do I do if the products don’t work?
It’s important, that you give the products time to work, as it can take up to 8 weeks, until you see results from the corn oil and the daily rinse with the Body Wash.

Returns
