This is how you make the most out of your tooth paste with Tea Tree Oil 

We recommend brushing your teeth morning and evening with Tooth Paste from Australian Bodycare. 

Apply approx. 1 cm of toothpaste to a moistened toothbrush and brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. Make sure to cover the entire row of teeth. Remember the teeth in the back of your mouth as well. 

You can use an electric toothbrush to clean your teeth. The smaller brush head often makes it easier to get all the way round your mouth, leaving all teeth clean and free from food debris, plaque and bacteria. 

Spit out excess toothpaste and don't rinse your mouth. It is healthy for your teeth if the toothpaste is allowed to sit on your teeth and work. Therefore, wait at least 30 minutes before rinsing with water, eating, drinking or using mouthwash.
