How to use the cream

Shower first. Wash with Keratosis Pilaris Body Wash, then gently pat your skin dry.
Using our spray? It goes on first. Spray Keratosis Pilaris Spray on the bumpy areas and let it dry completely.
Take a small amount. A dime-sized amount is enough for one upper arm.
Massage it in. Work the cream into rough areas like your upper arms, thighs and butt in gentle circles until it's absorbed.

Also helps now that the stoves are on
I've had nuppy skin on my thighs since I was a teenager, and it always gets worst in the fall and winter when the stoves are on. Have been using the cream every night after the shower since August. The thighs are smoother, and now in October it has not got worse, as it usually does.

Richer than CeraVe and works better for me
I've had KP on the backs of my arms for as long as I can remember. CeraVe's SA cream helped a little, but this one is richer and is working better now the heating's on. I use the lotion in the morning and this at night. After about three weeks my arms feel smooth and look less red.
